At Jore, every product is made with care and customized especially for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions – Exchange Only If:
We offer exchange only in the following rare cases:

You receive a product that is damaged, defective, or has an incorrect print/design from what was approved.

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photos and a short description of the issue.
