1. Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Customized or printed products (with your chosen design, size, or color) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error.
2. Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
3. Refund Options
- Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, or wallet) within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, we will refund via UPI/bank transfer.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Products damaged due to improper washing or wear and tear.
- Orders returned without prior approval.
- Items beyond the 7-day return window.

- If you need a different size or color and the product is not customized, you can request an exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
