Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Customized or printed products (with your chosen design, size, or color) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error.

2. Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.

3. Refund Options

  • Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, or wallet) within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we will refund via UPI/bank transfer.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products damaged due to improper washing or wear and tear.
  • Orders returned without prior approval.
  • Items beyond the 7-day return window.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable service.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color and the product is not customized, you can request an exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
