  • Customized or printed clothing may need 2–5 extra days for design and printing.

  • We’ll inform you promptly if there’s any unexpected delay.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated by total order weight and destination.

  • Rates are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) not available for customized orders.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Domestic (India):

  • Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

International:

  • We ship worldwide through reliable carriers.

  • Delivery times vary by country, usually 7–21 business days.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.

5. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate at checkout.

  • Jore is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or extra charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned to us for these reasons, reshipping fees will apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
